A highly original room with jet-black walls enhanced by the work of ceramicist Sophie Lavaux. This chapel-like space is ideal for inspired conversations or introspection.

From 7.30am – 10.30am, we welcome staying or visiting guests. A breakfast of fresh, healthy, seasonal produce is served beneath the glass roof of a 14th century internal courtyard with exposed stone walls. See the menu
